Miles Chenoweth Suffers Major Injuries in Sonoma County Pedestrian Accident on Bohemian Highway near Camp Meeker Road

Sonoma County, California (August 17, 2020) – The pedestrian who was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle Saturday night in Sonoma County has been identified as Miles Chenoweth, 29, of Sebastopol.
The pedestrian crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol officers at around 10:17 p.m. Saturday, August 15, on Bohemian Highway near Occidental on Camp Meeker Road.
According to the CHP, Chenoweth was walking northbound on Bohemian Highway when he was hit by a northbound vehicle driven by Jeremy Raikes, 83, of Monte Rio.
Major Injury Accident on Bohemian Highway in Sonoma County
Chenoweth was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with major injuries. His condition at this time was not disclosed.
Raikes stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police. Authorities found that Raikes was not driving under the influence at the time of the accident.
