1 Killed in Car Accident at California City Boulevard and Highway 58 in North Edwards
Lake Edwards, California (August 17, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a car crash near North Edwards, Kern County, on Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened in the area of California City Boulevard and Highway 58 at about 4 a.m.
The authorities said a vehicle ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a second vehicle. One vehicle came to stop in the center divider.

One person was killed in the accident. The coroner’s office did not disclose the identity of the deceased pending notification of next of kin.
