1 Killed in El Cariso Motorcycle Accident on Ortega Highway near Lake Elsinore
El Cariso, California (August 14, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Friday evening motorcycle accident that killed one person in El Cariso.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened in the 32000 block of Ortega Highway, at about 6:09 p.m.
The CHP said a motorcycle lost control and struck a Prius. The factors that contributed to the accident are yet to be established.
Sadly, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
