1 Person Killed in Los Angeles Pedestrian Crash on West Venice Avenue
Los Angeles, California (August 14, 2020) – One person was hit and killed by a vehicle on Thursday morning in Los Angeles, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian crash occurred at about 1:44 a.m., on August 13, in the 6000 block of West Venice Avenue.
As per the police report, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian down in the roadway.
Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the police.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
