3 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 44 near KOA Campground

Shingletown, California (August 14, 2020) – Multiple people were injured in a car accident in Shingletown, Shasta County, on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 9:15 a.m. on Highway 44 near the KOA campground entrance.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a Toyota 4Runner, an Infiniti QX4, a Hyundai Varacruz and a motorhome at the scene of the accident.

One person was seriously injured in the crash and was transported to the hospital for treatment and two others were hospitalized with moderate injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
