16-Year-Old Boy Seriously Injured in San Francisco Skateboard Accident at Ocean Avenue and Alemany Boulevard
San Francisco, California (August 3, 2020) – A 16-year-old skateboarder was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in the Mission Terrace neighborhood in San Francisco, according to authorities.
The accident occurred at about 1:05 p.m. Friday, July 31, at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Alemany Boulevard.
Authorities said the teenage boy was hit by a vehicle at the San Francisco intersection for unknown reasons.
Skateboarder Injured in San Francisco Accident
The teenage boy sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. His name and condition were not immediately provided.
No arrests were made following the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
