At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Petaluma Car Accident at Highway 116 (Lakeville Highway) and Stage Gulch Road
Petaluma, California (July 27, 2020) – At least one person was seriously injured late Sunday night in a head-on crash southeast of Petaluma in rural Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 10:23 p.m. Sunday, July 26, at the intersection of Highway 116 (Lakeville Highway) and Stage Gulch Road, approximately three miles southeast of Petaluma.
The CHP said three vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash. The name and condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.
Authorities closed both lanes of Highway 116 due to the crash.
