Del Norte, California (July 23, 2020) – A pedestrian accident was reported near Fort Dick in Del Norte County on Thursday morning.
The accident happened at about 11:06 a.m. July 23, on Highway 101 near Dr. Fine Bridge over the Smith River.
A white Ford Fusion struck a pedestrian on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The vehicle veered off the roadway after the collision where it overturned onto its roof.
