Lydia Salinas Killed in DUI Crash on Visalia Road in Farmersville
Lydia Salinas ID’d as Woman Killed in Farmersville Car Accident on Visalia Road near Road 176

Farmersville, California (June 29, 2020) – The woman who died in an alleged DUI crash Friday night in Farmersville has been identified as Lydia Salinas, 61.
The deadly wrong-way crash occurred at about 9:14 p.m. Friday, June 26, on Visalia Road, just west of Road 176.
Authorities said Delfino Santillan of Farmersville was driving a Honda Civic the wrong-way on Visalia Road when he crashed into a Toyota Camry, driven by Salinas.
Salinas was declared dead at the scene.
Santillan and his passenger were transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with major injuries. They were not wearing seat belts when the accident happened.
Santillan was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and felony gross vehicular manslaughter.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
