2 Hospitalized after Hoopa Car Crash at Highway 96 and Little Moon Lane
Hoopa, California (June 21, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday afternoon two-car crash that left two people injured in Hoopa.
The major injury crash transpired at about 4:35 p.m., on June 17, at the intersection of Highway 96 and Little Moon Lane.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Chevy Suburban was turning from southbound lane onto Little Moon Lane when it collided head-on with a 2000 Honda Civic that was heading northbound.
Major Injury Traffic Collision on Highway 96 in Hoopa
Two people were injured in the accident. One patient sustained major injuries and was airlifted to a hospital while the other was transported via ground ambulance.
