3 Injured in Eastvale Car Accident at Hamner Avenue and Citrus Street
Eastvale, California (June 21, 2020) – Three people were hospitalized Friday night following a traffic accident at an intersection in Eastvale, according to authorities.
The two-vehicle crash happened at around 10:28 p.m. Friday, June 19, at the intersection of Hamner Avenue and Citrus Street.
Authorities said one vehicle was heading southbound on Hamner Avenue at a high rate of speed when the driver allegedly ran a red light at the intersection and collided with another vehicle.

The driver and the sole occupant of one of the vehicles and two occupants of the other vehicle were transported to a nearby hospital with moderate to major injuries. Their names and conditions were not immediately disclosed.
It is undetermined whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident.
Hamner Avenue was closed in both directions as crews worked to clear the scene.
