Bakersfield, California (June 5, 2020) – At least one person sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident at an intersection in Bakersfield Wednesday night June 3.

The minor injury crash was reported at about 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of Norris Road and Patton Way.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, a black SUV and a green Dodge truck collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

Due to the impact, one of the involved vehicles slammed into a light post along the highway.

The wreck resulted in minor injuries to at least one unidentified victim. Meanwhile, the patient was rushed to an area hospital for further medication.
