1 Injured in Modesto Pedestrian Accident at Herndon Road and Joyce Avenue
Modesto, California (April 10, 2020) – An unidentified person was struck and injured by a vehicle near Highway 99 in Modesto late Thursday night.
The accident was reported just about 10:24 p.m. on April 9, at the intersection of Herndon Road and Joyce Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish the circumstances that lead to the collision.

The pedestrian sustained unspecified injuries following the wreck.
The victim was attended to by medical personnel along with fire department officials who responded at the scene shortly after10:24 p.m.
It was not mentioned whether or not the driver of the involved vehicle stopped after the mishap and cooperated with the investigation.
The CHP is still investigating to identify the cause of the accident.
