Terrence Griffin Killed in Bakersfield Train Crash on Edison Highway near Morning Drive
Bakersfield, California (April 3, 2020) – A man was hit and killed by a train on Thursday morning in Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
The deadly crash took place at about 8:19 a.m. April 2, on Edison Highway east of Morning Drive.
Authorities said the train struck the pedestrian on the tracks for unknown reasons.
Terrence Griffin Killed in Bakersfield Train Collision
The victim died in the crash. He was identified as Terrence Letrey Griffin, 26.
No further details were released.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
