Johnney Serrano Killed in Downey Bicycle Crash on Road 26
Downey, California (March 25, 2020) – A man was killed in a bicycle collision on March 16 in Downey, according to the authorities.
The crash occurred on Road 26, just south of Ellis Street.
CHP said a bicycle rider was struck by a vehicle in the area.

The rider, later identified as Johnney Serrano, 70, of Madera, was killed in the crash.
The driver of the involved vehicle was uninjured in the crash and was not charged.
The crash is under investigation.
