Rowland Heights Car Crash on Fullerton Road near Colima Road; Major Injuries Sustained
Rowland Heights, California (February 17, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday morning in Rowland Heights, sending at least one person to the hospital.
According to the California Highway Patrol, about eleven vehicles collided at about 9:21 a.m. on southbound Fullerton Road, just north of Colima Road.
CHP officers said an unknown number of parties suffered major injuries in the accident. The officers further stated that they received reports from Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center about a female patient who was transported there in critical condition and had been involved in a traffic crash at the intersection of Fullerton and Colima roads at about 9:00 a.m. At the time of the report, there was no CHP officer who had arrived at the hospital to confirm the information.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
