At Least 1 Killed in Woodland Car Crash on I-5 at County Road 102
Woodland, California (February 15, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon in Woodland, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly accident, which was reported at about 4:30 a.m. Friday, February 14, occurred on I-5 at the County Road 102 exit.
The CHP said nearly five vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred in the southbound lanes of I-5. According to a preliminary investigation, one of the involved vehicles may have been speeding and collided with the other vehicles.

At least one person died in the collision. The Yolo County coroner was called to the scene and will identify the victim after their next of kin have been notified.
Several other people were transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
No further details were released.
The CHP is conducting an investigation into the wreck.
