85-Year-Old Man Injured in Eureka Pedestrian Crash at Walnut and Home Drives
Eureka, California (February 4, 2020) – A man was seriously injured when he was struck by a car Monday afternoon at an intersection in Eureka, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Eureka police, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the intersection of Walnut and Home drives after the accident that happened at about 12:53 p.m.
The responders found an 85-year-old man at the scene with serious injuries. The victim was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
There were no details given about the driver involved.
CHP is investigating the accident.
