4 Hurt in Cajon Pass Fiery Car Crash at Cajon Boulevard and Applewhite Road
Cajon Pass, California (December 22, 2019) A total of four people were injured in a traffic collision that happened in Cajon Pass on Saturday afternoon, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
The two-vehicle collision, which happened at about 4:55 p.m. December 21, occurred at the intersection of Old Cajon Boulevard and Applewhite Road.
As per the report, two vehicles of unspecified type crashed at the intersection for reasons still under an active investigation.
Due to the impact, both vehicles burst into flames.
Firefighters responded shortly after the wreck and also found a small patch of vegetation on fire near the burning vehicles.
4 Injured After Two-Vehicle Crashed in Cajon Pass
Four people were injured in the crash. Officials affirmed that one victim sustained critical injuries and was transported to the hospital for further medication.
The identities and the current condition of the injured parties have not yet been released to this time.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
