3 Hospitalized after Hollywood Car Accident on Hollywood (101) Freeway near Sunset Boulevard Off-Ramp
Hollywood, California (December 19, 2019) – Three people were injured early Thursday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on the Hollywood (101) Freeway in Hollywood, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place at around 2:35 a.m. on the southbound Hollywood (101) Freeway near the Sunset Boulevard exit.
The CHP said three vehicles collided on the southbound Hollywood (101) Freeway for unknown reasons.
3 Hurt in Car Accident on Hollywood (101) Freeway in Hollywood
Three people were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Their names and conditions at this time were not available.
The Nos. 1, 2 and 3 lanes were closed for 90 minutes as the investigation and cleanup took place. Only the No. 4 lane open to traffic.
As of 4:10 a.m., all lanes of the freeway were reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
