1 Killed, 2 Hurt in Fiery Tracy Car Crash at W Grant Line and Altamont Pass Roads
Tracy, California (December 14, 2019) – One person was killed, and two others were injured in a fiery car collision that occurred Saturday morning in Tracy, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash happened at about 5:10 p.m. at the intersection of W Grant Line and Altamont Pass roads
As per the report, a white van collided with a black sedan, possibly head-on, for unknown reasons. The sedan caught fire after the impact.
One person died in the collision.
A second victim was hospitalized with a broken right clavicle and a third person hospitalized with moderate burns, broken right wrist and broken legs.
The roadway remained closed as investigators worked the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
