Victim Injured in Napa Hit-and-Run Accident on Highway 29 ID’d as Kevin Nicol
Napa, California (November 26, 2019) – 33-year-old Kevin Nicol sustained moderate injuries in an alleged hit-and-run traffic collision that happened in Napa on Sunday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on Highway 29 at Highway 221 on November 24.
As per the report, a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Victor Saul Guzman Covarrubias of San Pablo struck Nicol’s stopped vehicle and fled the scene.

Nicol sustained moderate injuries in the crash.
According to the report, Covarrubias was found in his car in the center divider, about a quarter-mile south of the scene.
Covarrubias was arrested and booked into the Napa County at 1 a.m. Monday, November 25.
The investigation is ongoing.
