Major Injuries Sustained in El Centro Car Crash at Pitzer and East McCabe Roads
El Centro, California (November 25, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Monday morning in El Centro, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision occurred at about 7:09 a.m. at the intersection of Pitzer and East McCabe roads.
The reasons why the vehicles collided remained unknown. One of the cars overturned, trapping its occupants.
Major injuries were sustained in the collision. An ambulance responded to the scene to help the victims.
Authorities said the crash was reported by U.S. border patrol officers who were following one of the cars for unknown reasons.
