Person Injured in Santa Ana Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 5 Freeway near 4th Street
Santa Ana, California (November 25, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle Monday morning in Santa Ana, according to a local news source.
The pedestrian accident was reported at around 6:03 a.m. on the northbound side of Interstate 5 Freeway, just north of 4th Street.
As per the report, the pedestrian was hit by a Toyota 4Runner SUV in the slow lane on the northbound side of the freeway.

Paramedics responded to the scene to rendered aid to the injured pedestrian. The extent of the patient’s injuries was not immediately disclosed.
The driver of the SUV stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators. A tow truck was dispatched to the crash site to tow the wrecked SUV.
The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
