Leopoldo Solorio Among 2 Horse Riders Critically Hurt in Lake View Terrace Crash at Foothill Boulevard and Wheatland Avenue
Lake View Terrace, California (October 27, 2019) – Leopoldo Solorio was among two horse riders that were left critically injured in a hit-and-run crash that killed their horses on Friday night in Lake View Terrace, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred just before 10 p.m. October 25, at Foothill Boulevard and Wheatland Avenue.
According to the report, Solorio and another person were riding on horseback when a van hit them. The van then crashed into a wall.

Solorio and the other rider were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The two horses died at the scene of the accident.
The driver who hit the riders reportedly fled the scene on foot but was later located and arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run.
The crash is under investigation.
