Glenn County, California (October 25, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a rear-end collision that happened late Thursday morning in Glenn County.
According to the police, the accident happened on southbound 5 Freeway, just south of Highway 32, at around 11:58 a.m.
Officials said an SUV rear-ended a semi-truck for reasons yet to be determined.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to the injured parties. The number of patients and their current condition was not immediately released.
The SUV sustained front-end damage as a result of the accident. The SUV was towed away from the crash site.
