Authorities Identify Motorcyclist Killed in Bonsall Crash on State Route 76 at Sweetgrass Lane as San Bernardino Man
Bonsall, California (October 20, 2019) – Authorities have identified a 43-year-old San Bernardino man as the motorcyclist who was killed Saturday evening in a traffic crash in Bonsall.
The deadly crash took place at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday, October 19 on State Route 76 at Sweetgrass Lane.
The CHP said a 43-year-old San Bernardino man was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on State Route 76 when for an unknown reason, he hit a Chevrolet Silverado pulling a horse trailer southbound on Sweetgrass Lane at State Route 76.
Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Bonsall Saturday, October 19
The motorcyclist died while being taken by medical personnel to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido.
The driver of the Silverado, only identified as a 24-year-old Hemet woman and her two passengers were not injured in the crash.
No further details were immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
