Major Injuries Sustained in Gilroy Motorcycle Accident on Highway 101 near Masten Avenue
Gilroy, California (October 15, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a motorcycle accident that happened Tuesday morning in Gilroy, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident happened at about 5:26 a.m. on northbound Highway 101, just south of Masten Avenue.
CHP officials said the accident involved a motorcycle and a Honda Accord.
Responding paramedics said major injuries were sustained in the accident.
The motorcycle was towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
