5 Hurt in South Gate Multi-Vehicle Accident on Southbound 710 Freeway
South Gate, California (October 15, 2019) – A total of five people were hurt in a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles in the area of South Gate early Sunday morning.
The multi-vehicle collision was reported at about 2:26 a.m. October 13, along the Interstate 710 Freeway, just south of Firestone Boulevard.
As per the report, the accident involved multiple vehicles which collided on the highway for unknown reasons. Due to the impact, two cars involved caught fire after the collision.
5 Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Accident in South Gate
A total of five people were hurt in the crash. All victims were attended to by Fire department officials along with the paramedics who arrived at the scene shortly after the wreck.
At least one victim was confirmed to have suffered critical injuries following the wreck. All five patients were then immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The identities and the current condition of the injured parties have not yet been released to this time.
The investigation is underway.
