Wasco, California (October 14, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday in Wasco, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened on Highway 43 north of Jackson Avenue just before 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13.
Deputies said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle between Jackson and Fiburn avenues.

The victim died in the accident.
No further details were released.
The authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash.
