Major Injuries Sustained in Calipatria Car Accident at English Road and W Schrimpf Road
Calipatria, California (October 3, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in the area of Calipatria, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, at English Road and W Schrimpf Road.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Traffic delays were experienced in the lanes following the accident.
