2 Injured in Twentynine Palms Car Crash on Highway 62 near Mantonya Road
Twentynine Palms, California (October 1, 2019) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision involving two vehicles in the area of Twentynine Palms on Saturday afternoon.
The wreck happened just after 2:00 p.m. on Highway 62 near Mantonya Road.
Authorities said a driver was swerving into oncoming traffic when it collided with a second vehicle on the highway.
One person sustained head and neck trauma in the crash. The patient was rushed by Morongo Basin Ambulance to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs for treatment.
A kid was also hurt following the wreck and was transported by MBA to Hi-Desert Medical Center.
The investigation is underway.
