At Least 1 Killed in 215 Freeway Big Rig Crash near Los Alamos Road in Murrieta
Murrieta, California (September 26, 2019) – At least one person died in a big rig accident that took place Wednesday night on 215 Freeway in Murrieta, the California Highway Patrol reported.
According to CHP, the incident transpired at about 8:35 p.m. in the southbound lanes near Los Alamos Road.
The collision involved a big rig and another car. The manner of the crash remained unknown.
Responding authorities confirmed that at least one person died in the collision.
Traffic backed up near the collision scene. Drivers used the wrong way up the on-ramp at Clinton Keith Road to avoid the traffic near the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
