1 Killed, 1 Injured in South LA Pedestrian Crash on W. 95th Street and Normandie Avenue
South LA, California (September 25, 2019) – One person was killed and another injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Tuesday night in the Westmont neighborhood of South LA, according to the CHP.
The crash took place shortly before 8:30 p.m. September 24, in the area of W. 95th Street and Normandie Avenue.
CHP said the driver fled the scene after hitting two pedestrians in the area.

One victim died at the scene while the second was rushed to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
There was no description of the vehicle involved in the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
