3 Hurt in San Rafael Car Accident on Highway 101 near St. Vincent Drive
San Rafael, California (September 18, 2019) – A driver and two teenagers were seriously injured in a fiery car accident in San Rafael on Wednesday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 8:20 a.m. on Highway 101 near St. Vincent Drive.
As per the report, an SUV was traveling northbound on the roadway when it collided with a second car.
The impact of the collision sent one car off the roadway and down an embankment where it overturned and caught fire.

The female driver of the SUV was seriously injured in the crash and was flown to John Muir Medical Center for treatment.
Two teenage passengers in the SUV were also seriously injured in the fiery collision.
The driver of the second car was unhurt.
