Rider Hospitalized after Victorville Motorcycle Collision on Nisqualli Road
Victorville, California (September 17, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a hit-and-run accident involving a motorcycle that happened Tuesday evening in Victorville.
The incident transpired just after 6:00 p.m. on Nisqualli Road between 7th and Hickory avenues.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies from the Victorville Station alongside the Victorville City Fire and AMR responded to the scene and found the male rider and his red Honda VRF800 on the ground in the westbound lanes.
The motorcyclist was conscious and alert. The victim was taken to a local hospital by AMR ambulance. He is expected to survive his injuries.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a 1996-2000 silver Honda Civic Hatchback, according to authorities. The vehicle should have a missing bumper and headlight.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
