Rider Sustains major Injuries in Isleton Motorcycle Accident at Isleton and Andrus Island Roads
Isleton, California (July 30, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a traffic accident at an intersection in Isleton, according to a local news source.
The wreck, which was reported at about 5:20 a.m., happened in the area of Isleton and Andrus Island roads.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle collided with a vehicle for an undetermined reason at the Isleton intersection.
A witness told the CHP officers that the motorcyclist was attempting to go around the gray Honda Civic, but ended up hitting its door. As a result of the crash, the bike drifted off the right-hand shoulder and went down an embankment.

The rider sustained major injuries and was treated at the scene by responding paramedics before being taken to a hospital for treatment. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
There was no information about the driver of the car involved.
The crash remains under investigation.
