8 Injured in Sacramento Car Accident at 12th and I Streets
Sacramento, California (September 21, 2019) – Eight people were injured Saturday afternoon in a traffic accident in downtown Sacramento, authorities said.
The wreck took place at about 3:00 p.m. in the area of 12th and I streets.
According to the authorities, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the area. One of the cars involved crashed into a restaurant after the impact.
Eight people suffered minor injuries in the accident.
It is undetermined if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
Further details were not immediately provided, and the accident remains under investigation.
