6 Injured in DUI Crash on U.S. 101 in Rohnert Park
Six People Injured in Rohnert Park Crash on U.S. Highway 101 near Golf Course Drive

Rohnert Park, California (April 12, 2021) – Six people were injured Saturday afternoon in an alleged DUI crash in Rohnert Park, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury collision happened at around 4:08 p.m. Saturday, April 10, on U.S. Highway 101, just north of Golf Course Drive.
The CHP said Agustin Delariva, 29, of Santa Rosa, was driving a Chevy Silverado pickup truck northbound on U.S. Highway 101 at a high rate of speed when he crashed into the rear of a Toyota Corolla that had stopped for the traffic ahead.
The force of the impact pushed the Corolla into the back of a Mazda 3.
Major Injury Accident on U.S. 101 in Rohnert Park
The Mazda driver, a 29-year-old Santa Rosa man, sustained minor injuries.
A 38-year-old Carmichael woman, who was the driver of the Corolla, was transported to a nearby Kaiser hospital with moderate injuries. One of the four passengers in the Corolla, a 57-year-old Redwood City woman, sustained major, life-threatening injuries.
Three other victims, a man and two women, all of Redwood City, sustained major but not life-threatening injuries.
The CHP said Delariva had left the crash site but was later contacted and cooperated with the investigation. Investigators determined that Delariva was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
Delariva was ultimately arrested and booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of DUI, felony hit-and-run with injury, driving on a suspended or revoked license, and ignition interlock device violation.
His bail was set at $100,000.
