5 Injured in Car Accident on Cypress Church Drive near Corral De Tierra Road in Salinas
Salinas, California (February 5, 2021) – Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle in Salinas on Thursday afternoon.
The collision happened at about 1:32 p.m. February 4, on Cypress Church Drive near Corral De Tierra Road, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a motorcycle and two other vehicles at the scene of the accident. Although the manner in which the accident happened was yet to be established, one vehicle overturned after the collision.
The rider was down on the roadway with a possible head injury.
The authorities said two people were hospitalized with major injuries. Three others were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
