Several Hurt in Chula Vista Collision on East H Street near Paseo Del Rey
Chula Vista, California (July 7, 2021) – Several people were injured in a collision that occurred in Chula Vista on Tuesday morning, according to the Chula Vista police.
The accident happened on East H Street near Paseo Del Rey at around 11 a.m. July 6.
Police said seven vehicles were involved in the pile-up, and one of the vehicles rolled over and caught fire.
Two people were trapped in the wreckage and were rescued by firefighters.

Five people were transported to the hospital and one of them had serious injuries.
Authorities said DUI is suspected to have played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
