36-Year-Old Man Hurt in Motorcycle Crash on Miramar Road in San Diego

San Diego, California (May 27, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident involving a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer on Friday morning in San Diego, according to a police report.

The accident was reported at about 10:00 a.m. May 25, on 97000 block of Miramar Road.

The San Diego police said a 36-year-old man was riding a motorcycle in the 9700 block of Miramar Road as he was trying to use a bicycle lane to pass the cargo vehicle when the crash occurred.

The motorcyclist was seriously injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other injuries were reported.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
