3 Killed in Rear-End Crash on Fifth Street in San Bernardino
3 People Killed in San Bernardino Truck Accident on North Arrowhead Avenue
San Bernardino County, California (October 25, 2019) – Three people were killed Friday in a traffic accident involving a semi-truck in San Bernardino, according to a local news report.
The deadly crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue.
Reportedly, a driver and two passengers were traveling westbound on Fifth Street when their car crashed into the rear of a tractor-trailer.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found a blue vehicle wedged underneath the back of a semi-truck with at least three occupants.
Fatal Rear-End Collision in San Bernardino
The three occupants of the blue vehicle were declared dead at the scene. Their names have not been released pending notification of family.
Speed is suspected to be a factor in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
