Templeton, California (September 13, 2019) – A 23-year-old Atascadero woman was injured after a traffic collision Thursday night in Templeton, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision happened a while before 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, on Highway 41.

As per the CHP officials, a man was driving a 2016 Ford Edge northbound Highway 41 heading Homestead when for reasons yet to be determined, he made a turn in front of an oncoming 2009 Nissan Versa operated by a 23-year-old Atascadero woman.

Woman Hurt in Car Crash in Templeton

The woman suffered a fractured femur and was transported to Sierra Vista for treatment. Her name and her current condition were not immediately released.

Authorities did not believe alcohol or drugs to be factors in the collision.
