Oceanside, California (December 11, 2020) – At least two people were injured in a multi-car crash in Oceanside on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at about 8:30 a.m. on Interstate 5 Freeway near the Aliso Creek Rest Area.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.
The impact of the collision caused one car to overturn onto its roof, trapping the occupants.
Two elderly people in a blue sedan were seriously injured in the accident. A helicopter landed at the scene to transport the victims to the hospital.
