South Park, California (October 22, 2020) – Two Los Angeles police officers and one civilian were injured Wednesday night in a traffic collision in the South Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, authorities said.
The crash happened at around 10:27 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, in the 1066 block of East Vernon Avenue.
Authorities said the collision involved a Los Angeles Police Department vehicle and a civilian vehicle. There were no details about what led up to the accident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated two LAPD officers who were trapped in the wreckage.
