2 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Hood Franklin Road
Sacramento, California (November 1, 2020) – Two people were injured in a collision involving a tractor trailer that happened in, Elk Grove, Sacramento on Saturday afternoon, October 31.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Interstate 5 Freeway near Hood Franklin Road.
A tractor-trailer hauling onions is reported to have crashed into a Ram pickup truck.
The driver of the tractor trailer suffered major injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
