Two Hurt in Cedar Glen Plane Crash near Little Bear Creek and Torrey Roads
Lake Arrowhead, California (May 18, 2021) – Two people were injured when a small plane crashed in Cedar Glen, near Lake Arrowhead on Saturday, according to the authorities.
Firefighters responded to the incident in the area of Little Bear Creek and Torrey Roads on May 15.
The plane came to a rest in thick brush and trapped the two occupants.
2 Airlifted after Cedar Glen Plane Crash
The firefighters spent nearly one hour extricating the trapped parties from the plane. The two were then flown to trauma centers for treatment of their injuries.
A HazMat specialist also cleaned the scene after nearly 15-20 gallons of fuel leaked into the ground.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the FAA and the NTSB.
