Two Drivers Hurt in Mountain View Accident on South 45th Street
Mountain View, California (May 9, 2021) – Two drivers were injured in a Mountain View crash that occurred on South 45th Street on Saturday evening, according to a report by the San Diego Police Department.
The incident occurred in the 400 block of South 45th Street at around 6:08 p.m. May 8.
Police said a 2003 Ford Ranger pickup truck heading south on South 45th Street collided with a black 2012 Ford Fusion that failed to stop for a stop sign.
The Ford Fusion then collided with a parked vehicle, which then struck another vehicle.
2 Injured in Mountain View Crash on Saturday
The driver of the Ford Fusion sustained a cut to his head while the operator of the pickup suffered a broken leg.
Authorities said alcohol was believed to be a factor in the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
