Chico, California (April 6, 2021) – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision between a big rig and a tractor in Chico on Tuesday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 99 near Anita Road at about 3 a.m.
A tractor was traveling northbound on Highway 99 when it was hit from behind by a big rig.
